*Terms and Conditions for Repairing and Servicing Machinery*
*1. Definitions*

1.2. "Customer" refers to any individual or entity that engages the Company for services.
1.3. "Services" refers to the repair and servicing of machinery as described in the service agreement.
1.4. "Call-Out Charge" refers to the fee charged for the Company’s technician to travel to the Customer’s location.
*2. Scope of Services*
2.1. The Company agrees to provide repair and servicing of machinery as requested by the Customer.
2.2. Services will be performed at the Customer’s location unless otherwise agreed upon.
*3. Call-Out Charges*
3.1. A call-out charge will be applied for each visit to the Customer’s location.
3.2. The call-out charge will be communicated to the Customer prior to the visit.
3.3. Additional charges may apply for services performed outside of normal business hours.
*4. Service Charges*
4.1. Service charges will be based on the nature and extent of the repair or servicing required.
4.2. An estimate of the service charges will be provided to the Customer before any work is commenced.
4.3. Any additional costs incurred during the service will be communicated to the Customer and require approval before proceeding.
*5. Payment Terms*
5.1. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of [interest rate] per month.
*6. Warranty and Liability*
6.1. The Company warrants that all services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.
6.2. The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the services provided.

8.4. The Customer has the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by the Company.
*9. Insurance*
9.1. The Company maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its operations, including public liability insurance.
9.2. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that their own insurance policies cover any potential risks associated with the machinery and the services provided.
9.3. The Company is not liable for any damage or loss that is covered by the Customer’s insurance.
*10. Termination*
10.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with [30] days' written notice.
10.2. The Company may terminate the agreement immediately if the Customer fails to make payment or breaches any terms of the agreement.
